Best Western Plus Duncanville/Dallas

good location, breakfast could be a little more fresh but they had people serve you which was awesome && they stayed open later for people who were waking up late. tonya & lucy we’re the front desk ladies && helped us so much dealing with our truck being stolen at the property. lucy gave my son snacks for his birthday to help out and they offered us to stay a few hours longer while we got car arrangements!

The staff as extremely friendly. Stephanie was incredible helpful and very nice, she make my stay really good, the woman on the kitchen too, oh and Emilia, this is a very nice hotel with very nice staff. About the room, it was spacious, have a fridge and a microwave, sometimes I arrive late and just buy something for the microwave was really helpful, I had my bottle of water and there's a dispenser near the reception, the temperature In The room was great, the bed was comfy and lots of pillows

The staff of the property was super friendly and helpful. We had to pivot on one of our night activities so they were super helpful in making recommendations for eating locations for a Mexican restaurant.

I did not require much so left "do not disturb" on during my 3 day stay. I was not bothered at all, which was what I wanted. The breakfast was filling and tasted good. Parking was plentiful each time I left and came back.
